- Chabahar coastal buildings.
- Student dormitory of Shahid Beheshti university.
- Zahedan 80 rooms hotel.
- Dormitories of navigation faculty of Chabahar.
- 96 beds hospital in Chabahar.
- Chabahar clinic.
- Central building of university of Medical Science of Iran, Tehran.
- Student Dormitory of Allameh Tabatabee university.
- Treatment center and medical documents of Khorramabad.
- Khayam underground tunnel (first branch and third outlet for rainfall disposal)
- Administrative building of "Social Security Organization".
- Refurbishment of some of Italian embassy buildings.

From 1999 on, Debleh construction company has had an approach towards industrialized construction of buildings, using in-situ  and prefaricated concrete, some of executing projects are:
