The projects which have been architecturally designed based on "DIVARSAZE3" and then executed by this company are as follows:

1. The project of the 1000 rental residential units in Khoram-Abad:

This project has been defined with the partnership of Debleh Construction Company and the Organization of Housing and Urban Development of the province of Lorestan and within the framework of rental residential units. Architectural designing has been carried out within the framework of the system of "DIVARSAZEH3" and then executed. The net area of the block, which contains 1000 residential units, is 55000 square meters. Apart from the residential space, the block contains a multi-purpose lounge, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a commercial and service building, and enclosing landscaping.

2. The project of 500 rentals units in Gharchak, Varamin:

This project has been defined within the framework of rental residential units for the Organization of Housing and Urban Development of the province of Tehran. Architectural designing has been carried out within the framework of the system "DIVARSAZEH3", type B, and the project is now under construction. This project consists of 500 residential units with 27500 square meters of net area and a multi-purpose lounge, an administrative building and surrounding landscaping.

3. The project of 500 residential units in Jilard, Damavand:

This project has also been ordered by the Organization of Housing and Urban Development of the province of Tehran and defined within the framework of rental residential units. Architectural designing has been carried out based on the system "DIVARSAZEH3", type B and the project is now under construction. This project includes 500 residential units with 27500 square meters of net area and a multi-purpose lounge, an administrative building and surrounding landscaping.

4. The project of 800 residential units in Nasimshahr:

This project is designed and executed by the order of FAM joint venture, and will be sold to buyers after construction. Architectural designing has been carried out within the framework of the system "DIVARSAZEH3", type B, and the project is now in the phase of site mobilization.
